September Clearance Event – Offer Terms and Conditions

1. The September Clearance Event Ford Offer is available on eligible new and demonstrator Ford vehicles purchased and delivered between 1 September 2026 and 30 September 2026, inclusive.
2. Eligible customers will receive:
   a. up to $750, including GST, towards scheduled servicing and other eligible dealership products or services; and
   b. a $750 Trade-In Bonus when trading an eligible vehicle.
3. The following Triple Stack Deal vehicles are excluded:

○     Ranger Wildtrak 3.0L V6 Turbo Diesel 4WD MY26.5

○     Ranger XLT 2.0L Turbo Diesel 4x2 MY26.5

○     Ranger XLT 3.0L V6 Turbo Diesel 4WD MY26.5

○     Ranger XLS 3.0L V6 Turbo Diesel 4WD MY26.5

○     Everest Sport 3.0L V6 Turbo Diesel 4WD MY26.5

○     Everest Tremor 3.0L V6 Turbo Diesel 4WD MY26.5

1. The Offer is available to retail customers, including eligible Ford Blue and Silver Fleet customers. All other fleet, government, rental and wholesale buyers are excluded.

$750 Servicing Benefit

1. The $750 servicing benefit will be applied directly to the customer’s dealership profile. No physical voucher or card will be issued.
2. The benefit:
   a. may be used towards scheduled servicing, genuine accessories, additional maintenance and eligible wear-and-tear items supplied or completed by the dealership;
   b. cannot be used towards repairs, tyres, batteries, accident damage, cosmetic work or any product or service excluded by the dealership;
   c. is redeemable only at the dealership where the eligible Ford vehicle was purchased and may only be used for that vehicle;
   d. is subject to product, service and workshop availability; and
   e. must be redeemed by 31st Decemeber 2028.
3. The benefit cannot be transferred to another person, vehicle or dealership and is not redeemable for cash. Any amount not used by the expiry date will be forfeited.

$750 Trade-In Bonus

1. The $750 Trade-In Bonus will be applied in addition to the dealership’s agreed valuation of one eligible trade-in vehicle.
2. The trade-in vehicle must:
   a. be presented for appraisal and accepted by the dealership;
   b. be owned by the customer, or the customer must have lawful authority to sell it;
   c. be capable of clear title being transferred to the dealership, including the satisfactory settlement of any finance owing; and
   d. not be, and never have been, recorded as a repairable write-off or statutory write-off on an Australian written-off vehicle register.
3. The customer must disclose any known accident or flood damage, mechanical faults, odometer discrepancies, modifications, finance owing or written-off vehicle history.
4. The trade-in vehicle must be delivered in substantially the same condition as when it was appraised, allowing for reasonable use and kilometres. The dealership may reassess or decline the trade-in if its condition, ownership, history or finance position changes, or if the information supplied by the customer is incomplete or incorrect.
5. The Trade-In Bonus is available only when the eligible trade-in vehicle and the purchased Ford vehicle form part of the same completed transaction. If the purchase or trade-in does not proceed, the Trade-In Bonus will not be paid.

General Conditions

1. Limit of one Offer and one Trade-In Bonus per eligible Ford vehicle purchased. The Offer is not transferable or redeemable for cash and cannot be used with another offer, discount or promotion unless approved by the dealership in writing.
2. The dealership may verify customer and vehicle eligibility and request supporting documents. The Offer may be changed or withdrawn before the dealership enters into a binding contract with the customer. An eligible Offer included in an accepted contract will be honoured subject to these terms.
3. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
